DESCRIPTION:  \nEmerging Issues is the principal strategic forum for the Western Australian Council of Social Service. \nHeld annually\, the forum provides analysis to inform the service and strategic planning needs of the executives and Boards of community service providers into the future. \nEmerging Issues is an environmental scan\, focusing on the future of the changing social\, economic\, and political contexts.
