DESCRIPTION:The Annual General Meeting is a wonderful opportunity for members and supporters to join us in reflecting and celebrating our achievements and learnings\, in what has been an extraordinarily challenging year for many of our organisations and communities. \nGuest speaker\, Professor David Gilchrist\, Director of Not-for-profits UWA at The University of Western Australia will present the latest Landscape Report on Western Australia’s Not for Profits. Examining workforce\, size\, revenue\, assets and the significant impact it has as an employer in WA\, this presentation will also identify key issues relevant to the sector’s economic contribution. In light of the impacts of COVID-19 on health\, economy\, jobs and our communities well- being it is more important than ever to have solid data to progress investment in the Care Economy. \nRegistrations from 2:00pm\, for a 2:30pm start. \nJoin us for networking drinks and nibbles afterwards at 4:00pm. \nStreet parking is available. \nAccessibility requirements can be sent to info@wacoss.org.au \nFormal notice and a call for Board Nominations will be announced in coming weeks.
